Emily Program is seeking an EHR Analyst to support clinicians and staff with Avatar and other EHR systems. The role focuses on real-time issue resolution, documentation updates, and assisting with system upgrades across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Avatar experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of behavioral health workflows. Remote work within the US is supported, with standard business hours.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Health Information Management or related field required/preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience with Avatar or another EHR system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate well with clinical staff.
• Knowledge of behavioral/mental health/clinical workflows.

Mansioni

• Provide real-time support to clinicians and staff for EHR issues.
• Update user guides, tip sheets, and training materials; assist with upgrades.
• Lead/participate in design sessions and testing for EHR improvements.
• Maintain documentation of inquiries, changes, and results.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely delivery of tasks.
