Job summary

MDVIP is seeking a Support Analyst to provide tier-one and tier-two support for affiliated practices using the athenaOne EHR platform. The role focuses on timely issue resolution, proactive case management, and detailed documentation in Salesforce, with collaboration across internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of EHR support experience, preferably athenaOne.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, with the ability to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for practices using athenaOne EHR, including access, workflow, and configuration issues.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within SLAs with accurate documentation.
• Analyze issues to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with EHR Trainers, Onboarding Managers, Revenue Cycle, and internal teams.
• Assist with user provisioning, system checks, and validation for new/existing practices.
• Maintain case notes and communications in Salesforce.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to physicians and staff.
