Job summary

The Hong Kong Study Skills Research Institute is seeking a System Analyst located in Alameda, CA. This role will support one of the Bay Area's largest behavioral health clients with technical expertise for their NetSmart myAvatar EHR.

The ideal candidate will handle application and business workflow testing, general troubleshooting, and communication with various stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical personnel. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of EHR system support experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of EHR system support experience.
• Experience with application and business workflow testing.
• Prior experience supporting NetSmart myAvatar.
• Experience working cross-functionally with DBAs, Developers, Report Writers and nontechnical teams.
• Experience with Jira, Atlassian, and Smartsheet.
