Job summary

Healthtech Inc. seeks a Clinical Service Desk Agent I to troubleshoot EHR issues for physicians and clinicians across Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and other systems, remotely supporting multiple clients.

You will document steps in ITSM, escalate when needed, and maintain professional composure in stressful situations, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years knowledge and/or experience with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and/or other EHR system.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience (i.e., Super User, Clinician in a hospital or healthcare setting).
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• Intermediate understanding of Healthcare Terminology and Basic IT competencies required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve EHR issues for physicians and clinicians in Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other EHR systems.
• Analyze issues remotely via phone and remote-control tools to pinpoint root cause with First Contact Resolution.
• Document issues and troubleshooting steps in ITSM tickets and escalate as needed.
