Job summary

NTT DATA Services is recruiting for a Provider Clinical Service Desk agent to handle inbound healthcare calls and support clinical applications. The role requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents across Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech, documenting comments, escalating when needed, and driving resolution while maintaining a quiet, private workspace with reliable connectivity.

Qualifications

• 1 year Call Center-Customer Service-Application support experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a 24x7 call center environment.
• Assist with clinical application issues (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech).
• Track, document, and escalate tickets as needed.
• Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk.
• Read text on computer screens for the duration of the shift.
• Remain at workspace and in phone queue for 8–10 hours with breaks.
• Travel up to 10% of the time if required.
• Lift up to 25 lbs for equipment setup.
• Maintain a working cell phone and Two-Factor Authentication.
