Job summary

Ease Health is hiring a Nursing Operations Lead to work on high-priority initiatives across implementation, support, customer success, and product. You will partner with behavioral health providers to implement Ease and ensure the platform works in real-world clinical environments.

The role combines clinical workflows with software development; you will help shape features based on frontline needs, train staff, and drive adoption and retention while traveling periodically to partner sites.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN/NP/PA license required.
• Experience across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with MAR systems and medication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex clinical and operational support issues.
• Translate clinical workflows into product requirements and partner with engineering and product teams.
• Lead implementations across the full continuum of care: inpatient psychiatry, residential SUD, IOP, PHP, and outpatient.
• Train clinical staff and operators on using Ease in day-to-day workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate nursing workflows, medical intake, care coordination, and documentation using AI.
• Conduct clinical demos and support implementation for new and existing customers.
• Work with customer leadership to drive adoption, outcomes, and retention.
