Job summary

Qualifacts, a leader in behavioral health software, is seeking a Project Manager for hybrid work in Nashville or Tampa. You will manage full implementation projects, maintain client relationships, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and RCMS to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, preferably in behavioral health, with strong communication and organizational skills. PMP is preferred, and travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management or related role.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages full implementation project life cycle from kick-off to completion and transition to support for small to mid-range projects
• Manages customer relationships and expectations through regular touchpoints, briefings and onsite meetings
• Interfaces with customer staff across levels and departments throughout project lifecycle
• Influences customer attitudes and ensures adoption and long-term success
• Tracks project timelines and reports status to meet metrics
• Allocates resources and assesses risk to keep projects on target
• Collaborates with Sales, Product, State reporting, and RCMS to align workflows
• Builds internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems
• Provides standard professional guidance and initial reports for management review
