Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator to support analytics, QA, and EHR projects. You will partner with the QA Manager to maintain data quality, establish KPIs, and monitor compliance while supporting staff with data utilization.

The role emphasizes remote work, data governance, and collaboration with program staff to improve workflows and reporting for the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics and reporting.
• Background in healthcare data or QA beneficial.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets.
• Develop training plans for data utilization.
• Act as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects including KPIs and QA Plans.
• Identify and resolve EHR related issues; ensure end-user workflows.
• Coordinate documentation and training; manage user access and credentials.
