Qualifications

• Experience in QA/qc or healthcare admin is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with U.S. teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with local U.S. offices after client assessments to obtain outcomes, next steps, and updates.
• Monitor post-assessment cases and ensure information is complete and current.
• Update CRM systems with assessment outcomes, decisions, and workflow stages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across systems.
• Escalate discrepancies or missing information for clarification.
