Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Clinical Data and Quality Coordinator to join our operations and QA team. You will manage data analytics, QA plans, KPI development, and EHR-related projects while ensuring data integrity and compliant reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in data analytics and EHR support, strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, and the ability to work remotely from MA, RI, NH, or NY. A supportive work culture and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience.
• Minimum 2 years of (EHR) Electronic Health Records technical support, training, and administration experience preferred.
• Experience in supporting behavioral health programming.
• Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• SQL experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to form positive collaborative relationships with program managers and staff.
• Ability to work remotely and must reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA Manager to review, quality check, and clean data sets.
• Provide a high level of attention to detail and consultative service skills with interactions of staff.
• Participate in development of training plans for data utilization.
• Acts as project coordinator for Clinical Quality projects including KPIs, QA plans, monitoring, and reporting on compliance.
• Solve problems, assess processes and issues, and collaborate with staff and providers to develop efficient workflows.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve EHR related issues to full resolution.
• Coordinate documentation and training.
• Maintain user access and credentials as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, client, and employee information.
• Collaborate with Program Directors to disseminate and review data.
• Participate in agency meetings and staff training.
• Other duties as assigned.
