Job summary

Optum is seeking a seasoned EHR Capability Manager to lead and deliver electronic health record services across a defined service area. You will coordinate with operational leaders, the Optum EHR Clinical Applications Capability Team, and vendor partners to ensure service quality and contract alignment.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office requirements for Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. areas; you will drive staffing, planning, and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT managed services delivery leadership.
• 2+ years of technology leadership experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT delivery leadership to provide dedicated service delivery in the assigned area.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational and technical issues.
• Support, develop, and coach direct reports to foster career growth.
