Qualifications

• Information Technology certification within six months of hire, if applicable.
• ITIL knowledge is helpful where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Investigates or elevates support issues and resolves incidents and service requests.
• Creates and maintains training documentation.
• Researches and analyzes reports and supports workflow improvements.
