Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to provide routine healthcare information system and application support. You will analyze issues, elevate complex incidents, and help create training documentation.

This role supports IT infrastructure and collaborates with vendors to enable smooth operations. You will gather requirements, promote a team approach, and manage changing priorities with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Area of focus in Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field preferred; 1 year of relevant experience in application support, hardware or interface.
• IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire and within three attempts of certification testing.
• Knowledge of ITIL philosophies is helpful.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine healthcare information system and application support.
• Investigate or elevate support issues; resolve incidents and service requests.
• Assist in creating and maintaining training documentation; lead training sessions.
• Create and analyze reports using multiple reporting mechanisms.
