Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with area of focus in IT, healthcare, business, or related field.
• One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware or interface preferred.
• IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine healthcare information system and application support.
• Utilizes analytical skills to investigate or elevate support issues.
• Resolves incidents and service requests.
• Assists in creating and maintaining training documentation.
• Implements training sessions using appropriate presentation techniques.
• Researches and makes recommendations for application workflow improvements.
• Creates and analyzes reports using multiple reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborates with other departments and outside vendors.
