Job summary

Youth RISE Foundation is seeking an Educational Programs Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of its educational initiatives. You will collaborate with educators, partners, and volunteers to create high‑quality learning experiences that support youth success.

This full‑time role is remote initially, with a future transition to a hybrid work environment as the Youth RISE Community Center opens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Higher Education, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience managing educational, youth development, or nonprofit programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives.
• Develop program goals, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Design and manage workshops, seminars, and educational events.
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and community organizations.
• Recruit, supervise, and support program staff, volunteers, mentors, and facilitators.
• Develop educational resources, curriculum, and training materials.
• Monitor participant engagement, program outcomes, and organizational impact.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support grant-funded educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify new educational opportunities and expand programming.
• Ensure programs reflect best practices and promote equitable access to educational resources.
