Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Early Learning Program Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of early learning initiatives. This fully remote role requires a strong background in early childhood education and program management to coordinate activities with international partners and stakeholders.

You will manage documentation, assist with proposal development, monitor activities, and help ensure programs meet donor requirements while delivering

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of program coordination or management experience.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and global education initiatives.
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and reporting of early learning programs.
• Liaise with project managers, partners and beneficiaries for effective communication.
• Develop program strategies, work plans and budgets.
• Monitor activities, collect data, and prepare progress reports.
• Support virtual meetings, workshops and trainings.
• Maintain program documentation and filing systems.
