Youth RISE Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented Grants Officer for a remote, independent contractor role of approximately 5–10 hours per week. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, public administration, business, or related field.
• Experience in grant writing, fundraising, nonprofit development, or proposal management.
• Strong research, writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Experience preparing successful grant applications is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Responsabilités

• Research local, state, federal, corporate, and private foundation grant opportunities.
• Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals and letters of inquiry.
• Develop grant budgets in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintain a grants calendar and track application deadlines.
• Coordinate supporting documents required for grant submissions.
• Prepare grant reports and monitor reporting requirements.
• Build relationships with grantmakers and funding partners.
• Collaborate with program leadership to develop funding strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate grant records and documentation.
