Qualifications

• Strong preference for experience with US/UK admissions consulting for the undergraduate level at top universities.
• Resilience when working independently under pressure and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized plans and execute them in collaboration with the Crimson team.
• Maintain expert knowledge of curricula, extracurricular choices, and admissions strategies.
• Conduct formal consulting sessions with students on a bi‑monthly basis.
