Job summary

Harvard University’s Center for Education Policy Research (CEPR) seeks a MT TL Senior Project Coordinator to support the MTTL team across grant-funded research projects and MQI Coaching contracts. This role combines administrative leadership with coaching for the M-Powering Teachers project.

You will manage marketing, events, communications, and recruitment activities, coordinate coach trainings, and support project administration while coaching mathematics teachers remotely.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in a research-practice partnership and/or coaching mathematics teachers.
• Resume and cover letter submission required; in-person/hybrid interview may include a task.
• Travel up to 10% and flexible schedule to support trainings before/after hours.

Responsibilities

• Marketing, recruitment, communications, and outreach for MQI Coaching projects.
• Plan and coordinate logistics of coach trainings (virtual/in-person) and registrations/payments.
• Copyedit, format, and polish public-facing materials; process expenses and vendor paperwork; track contracts and invoices.
• Virtually coach approximately 10–12 mathematics teachers and assist with coach training oversight.
