Impact is seeking an Education & Program Manager to lead educational programs for client associations. You will manage conferences, webinars, and CE processes, coordinating speakers and schedules to ensure quality learning experiences.

This remote-first role requires collaborative, detail-oriented professionals who can drive program timelines, support committees, and help expand the impact of our educational services across multiple nonprofit clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of program management experience.
• Professional meeting management experience.
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations/associations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage educational programs for conferences, annual meetings, seminars, and other learning events.
• Coordinate, edit, proofread, and review education related conference and webinar materials.
• Own continuing education (CE) and credentialing processes, including documentation and reporting.
