Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience cultivating high-trust client partnerships.
• Proven success managing complex projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook and video conferencing tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and client committees.
• Guide governance compliance, strategic milestones, and fiscal alignment.
• Direct end-to-end program execution, stakeholder communications, and marketing oversight.
• Coordinate event logistics for physical and virtual conferences and meetings.
• Support management of client communications calendars and brand-aligned campaigns.
