Job summary

The Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) seeks a Senior Product Management Specialist who will own the product lifecycle for CES offerings, aligning business needs with product requirements and coordinating across IT, UX, analytics, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will drive planning, releases, testing, and stakeholder communications while ensuring operational excellence and user satisfaction in a remote-eligible, national capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of delivery in a matrixed environment.
• Experience building new educational platforms in mission-driven non-profit settings.
• CSPO and PMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned CES products and applications, translating business needs into product requirements and backlog items.
• Lead planning, release coordination, and cross-functional execution with IT, UX, Analytics, Operations, and vendors.
• Drive testing, release readiness, and post-implementation evaluations.
• Monitor usage, collect feedback, and prioritize enhancements for improved user experience and outcomes.
