Job summary

Uncharted Learning is seeking a Member Development Manager to grow and support our entrepreneurship programs in schools across the United States. In this full-time, remote role, you will engage with educational leaders, managing the entire sales cycle with a focus on relationship building and strategic planning.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant sales experience, alongside a passion for education. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, emphasizing a balanced work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or education partnerships (K-12 or EdTech experience preferred).
• Willingness to travel 25% of your time to meet with schools and attend events.
• Familiarity with Uncharted Learning’s programs is a plus.

• Build strategic plans to grow the member base in California and on the West Coast.
• Engage decision-makers to share our vision.
