Job summary

Talentoma seeks an Education Coordinator to manage education requests from intake to completion, collaborating with facilitators, participants, program staff, and SMEs to ensure timely, consistent learning experiences.

The role requires a 40-hour weekly commitment, fully remote from Kentucky, with responsibilities spanning session prep, calendars, LMS updates, and participant communications to maintain accurate status and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience supporting education, training, learning programs, or related coordination work.
• Familiarity with online learning activities, participant communications, session preparation, and completion tracking preferred.
• Experience with a learning management system such as Docebo and updating course/participant data accurately.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook to coordinate sessions, invitations, and reminders.

Responsibilities

• Receive education requests through shared inboxes and intake forms, confirm purpose, audience, timing, and needed resources.
• Coordinate learning session calendars, invitations, facilitator availability, and virtual meeting details.
• Set up and maintain course details, participant access, learning paths, and completion status in Docebo.
• Review session information for completeness, dates, participant details, and alignment with procedures.
• Prepare and distribute session reminders, access instructions, materials, and follow-up messages.
• Monitor participant questions by email or internal requests and route content questions to SMEs.
• Track attendance, participation updates, completion activity, and feedback summaries using surveys.
• Follow up on missing details or incomplete updates, escalating time-sensitive issues to the education team lead.
• Maintain clear request notes, status updates, and handoff details for team transparency.
• Support quality review with timely follow-up and consistent participant communications.
