The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking an Education Consultant for the Workplace Branch. This fully remote role supports the Eastern Region, delivering participant-centered retirement and wealth education both onsite and virtually.

Travel will be required 35%–50%+ to meet region needs. Key duties include translating complex financial topics into clear education, connecting participants to Schwab tools, and enhancing the end-to-end journey while aligning with sponsor goals.

Formación

• Active Series7 license required.
• Active Series66 or Series63/65; licenses may be obtained as a condition of employment within a specified time frame.
• 5+ years of successful experience in qualified retirement plans, financial planning, employee benefits, or equivalent Financial Services role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in ERISA, pension and trust compliance, defined contribution and defined benefit plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, and equity compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver intentional education experiences aligned to sponsor goals and participant needs.
• Translate complex topics into concise, participant-friendly language with examples and stories.
• Engage participants using questions, prompts, polls, demonstrations, and interactive elements.
• Connect education to Schwab resources and retail solutions in a participant-centered way.
• Support end-to-end participant journey from early career to retirement readiness with appropriate resources.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on materials and processes.
• Aim to meet performance expectations while supporting sponsor value and organizational growth.
