Charles Schwab seeks an experienced relationship-builder and sales professional to acquire and grow advisor relationships, translating investment concepts into clear client conversations across a broad territory. This telecommute role requires regular travel and living within the territory.

You will partner with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional colleagues to tailor engagement, drive growth and deliver education on Schwab Asset Management and related offerings.

Qualificações

• Must hold FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven consultative sales, business development or relationship management experience.
• Extensive background in financial services and wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and portfolio concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management solutions and third-party offerings within the territory.
• Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to identify client needs and position investment solutions.
• Join advisor meetings to educate on investment strategies and solutions.
• Develop knowledge of investment philosophies, portfolio construction and product features.
• Create and deliver sales ideas, updates and market-informed education.
• Lead branch education and rollout of new products and initiatives.
• Develop in-market client events and webinars.
