• Experience in retirement plans, financial planning, or employee benefits in Financial Services is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intentional education experiences aligned to sponsor goals and participant needs.
• Translate complex topics into concise, participant-friendly language with examples.
• Engage participants to build trust using questions, prompts, polls, and demonstrations.
• Connect education to Schwab resources and retail solutions when appropriate.
• Support end-to-end participant journey from early career habits to retirement planning.
