Job summary

Teaching Strategies is seeking a Solution Specialist to join our sales team as a remote contributor. Your focus will be to drive bookings and revenue through strategic cross-selling campaigns within our existing customer base, while developing sales skills in a growth-oriented environment.

You will engage educators and program leaders, manage discovery calls and product demonstrations, and work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets in a remote, flexible setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional, customer-facing work experience.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Spanish speaking (bilingual) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports and/or manages the full sales cycle for assigned accounts.
• Builds and maintains relationships with educators, administrators, and program leaders.
• Engages marketing-generated leads, qualifies opportunities, and executes outreach campaigns to generate pipeline.
