Job summary

Vivi is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate new opportunities through outbound calls, emails and social media. You’ll be a strategic partner to our field sales team, enabling high-quality, well-researched conversations with the right faculty and staff about Vivi’s classroom technology.

This 100% remote role targets candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones and offers advancement potential within sales with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• A relationship-first communicator who thinks beyond scripts and understands buyer psychology.
• Experienced in outbound sales, prospecting, or demand generation (1–3 years preferred). Alternatively, experience in K-12 education is also considered equivalent.
• A tech-savvy researcher, comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Claude, LinkedIn, Zoom, or similar.
• Organized, curious, and results-driven—with a natural bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Outreach & Research: Disciplined call approach, consistently meeting volume requirements.
• Efficient account and contact research utilizing AI to uncover prospect needs, initiatives, and ideal timing.
• Use signals from district strategic plans, tech stack data, and intent tools to inform talk track strategy.
