Job summary

IXL Learning, a leader in EdTech, seeks an Implementation Specialist to support mid-size districts in the Midwest. This full-time, remote role requires collaborating with educators to ensure successful IXL implementations and district adoption, including travel up to regionally to support districts.

You will deliver engaging PD, analyze usage data, and partner with Sales to expand relationships. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in K-12 teaching, PD experience, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting; instructional coaching or school leadership experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
• Experience supporting district implementations preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; upbeat and collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, detail-oriented; manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver.
• Must live near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan for successful IXL implementation.
• Travel regionally to support districts, including in-person PD and quarterly visits up to 60% during back-to-school and 40% thereafter.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and strategize next steps.
• Partner with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships, including piloting IXL and pre-sales opportunities.
