Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in Pennsylvania. This full-time remote role supports districts in PA, delivering professional development, leading data reviews, and guiding strategic planning to move districts from adoption to effective use of IXL.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
• Experience supporting district implementations preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter with a passion for improving education through technology.
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver.
• Must live close to a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan for a successful IXL implementation.
• Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including in-person PD and quarterly visits—up to 60% travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the rest of the year.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategy for next steps.
• Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships and support districts piloting IXL and pre-sales opportunities.
