Job summary

IXL Learning, a leading developer of personalized learning products, is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to join their Professional Learning team. This role focuses on supporting mid-size districts throughout California, ensuring the successful implementation of IXL.

The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree, strong presentation skills, and significant K-12 experience. The position includes high-quality professional development delivery, collaborative planning with district leaders, and potential travel. The salary range is $75,000 to $90,000 plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting, or in instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech PD.
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
• Experience supporting district implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
