Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support mid-size districts in the Midwest. This remote role requires travel up to 60% during back-to-school season and 40% rest of year, delivering live and virtual PD to drive adoption and usage of IXL.

You will partner with district leaders, create PD plans, analyze data, and collaborate with Sales to nurture customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
• Experience supporting district implementations.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts.
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan.
• Travel regionally to support assigned districts, including delivering in-person PD and quarterly visits.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
• Analyze and use data to drive decisions and next steps.
• Partner with the Sales team to manage customer relationships and support pilots.
