IXL Learning is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support mid-size districts in Pennsylvania. You will partner with district leaders to implement IXL, develop professional development plans, and travel regionally to deliver training.

The role requires strong presentation and coaching skills, data-informed decision making, and close collaboration with the Sales team. The position is a full-time remote role for candidates living in Pittsburgh, PA, with up to substantial travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 5+ years of teaching in a K-12 setting; instructional coaching or edtech PD experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development
• Experience supporting district implementations preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects
• Self-starter with a passion for improving education through technology
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver
• Must live near a major airport

Responsabilités

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan
• Travel regionally to support districts, with up to 60% travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% remainder
• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL
• Analyze data to inform decisions and strategy for district use of IXL
• Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including piloting and pre-sales opportunities
