Job summary

Abre is looking for a Solutions Architect/Implementation Engineer to help school districts onboard successfully onto their education technology platform. This role focuses on aligning SIS data, overseeing the onboarding process, and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of at least one SIS platform is essential.
• Experience working with district IT teams is required.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through onboarding milestones.
• Map and validate SIS data fields with clients and IT teams.
• Coordinate data imports and exports.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team.

Skills

Knowledge of SIS platforms (e.g., Skyward SMS, Qmlativ, Aeries)

Experience with rostering tools (Clever, Classlink, Schoolday)

Experience with API connections (Postman, Swagger)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic familiarity with attendance reporting

Problem solving and attention to detail
