Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking an Educational Sales Consultant to join our field sales team. This full-time remote role is for candidates in Solano County, CA. You will communicate product features to educators, understand customer needs, and drive sales for IXL and Rosetta Stone in K-12 settings.

Expect travel 75-80% and periodic overnights; base salary 85k–105k with commission eligibility. We value creativity, energy, and the ability to work under deadlines while promoting innovative EdTech solutions

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent.
3+ years of educational sales experience.
Classroom experience and/or related educational field preferred.
Familiarity with Web-based technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers virtually and in person.
Develop a keen understanding of customer needs to provide personalized sales support.
Meet sales goals on a consistent basis.
Help design and implement new and creative sales strategies.
Stay up-to-date with changing market trends.
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.
Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings.
Promote IXL and Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences nationwide.
Travel 75-80% with periodic overnights as required.
