Scrible is seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our remote team with travel to conferences and events as needed. You will nurture relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure customer ROI across assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales and Product teams to deliver value, run trainings, create customer communications, and track success metrics. A startup mindset and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in ed-tech or related field.
• Strong phone, written and verbal communication with excellent presentation skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to work in a startup environment.
• Experience with senior/executive level customer contacts and CRM usage.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned accounts and maintain strong relationships to ensure renewal and growth.
• Lead product training for new clients and create/update knowledge resources.
• Communicate product updates and ROI to customers via emails/newsletters and meetings.
• Track customer success metrics and collaborate with Sales/Product teams to improve adoption.
• Coordinate with Head of Education Partnerships to generate qualified leads and support demos.
