Job summary

Prompt Health is seeking an EDI Experience Manager to bridge technical EDI/enrollment nuances with high‑efficiency workflows. You will translate complex findings into clear client guidance, support live client conversations, and liaise between customers and our engineering team.

In this fast‑paced role, you’ll optimize EDI support workflows, manage queues, and grow fluency in EDI/X12 while partnering with the CX team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Rehab Clinician or similar role is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide chat/email support to business owners and billing teams, escalating complex issues.
• Serve as champion for customers via the EDI help desk, guiding on Clearinghouse rejections, EDI Rules, ERA/EDI help.
• Drive customer satisfaction by understanding evolving needs and delivering value in each ticket.
• Represent EDI topics in onboarding and client meetings as needed.
• Develop deep understanding of RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities to respond to inquiries.
• Grow EDI/Enrollment knowledge over time to enable technical ownership.
• Assist in updating internal/external EDI knowledge bases.
• Establish and optimize EDI workflows to scale support.
• Audit processes to identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
• Support EDI engineering ticket creation, review, and prioritization.
• Take on additional tasks to support team goals.
