Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc seeks an EDI Team Lead to manage a team of EDI Analysts and drive EDI/ERA initiatives within our healthcare platform. You will report to the Manager of EDI Success and blend people leadership with individual contributor responsibilities as we scale.

This role requires hands-on EDI/ERA expertise, strong communication, and the ability to coach teams through complex enrollment and transaction scenarios in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with healthcare EDI and ERA.
• Proven experience with ANSI X12 transactions (837, 835, 277, 999).
• Experience enrolling providers in EDI/ERA with payers and troubleshooting denials.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and onboard new EDI Analysts with onboarding team.
• Provide weekly feedback and coaching to direct reports; monitor performance.
• Identify process improvements and surface trends for leadership.
• Own end-to-end EDI relationship management for assigned accounts; lead kickoff meetings.
• Join customer meetings to coach on communication and product knowledge.
• Escalate and resolve complex client EDI/ERA issues with guidance to team.
