Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is hiring an EDI Analyst I to support our clients with 837/835 enrollment and ERA/EDI processes. The role emphasizes independent work with healthcare providers and billing teams, delivering creative solutions and timely responses.

You will troubleshoot rejections, guide enrollment, and advocate for an improved customer experience across the EDI/ERA workflow in a fast-growing, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of X12 message formats (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277).
• Ability to explain complex EDI/ERA processes clearly to business owners.
• Experience troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer rejections and enrollment issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities to respond to customer inquiries.
• Interact with rehab therapy business owners and billing teams to meet client needs.
• Resolve common support ticket inquiries (clearinghouse rejections, EDI rules, ERA/EDI application help).
• Improve enrollment process and EDI/ERA support to enhance customer experience.
• Assess customer needs to ensure successful onboarding (NPI/TIN billing combinations, payer mix, billing rules).
• Ensure ERA/EDI Enrollment Process progresses according to onboarding schedule.
• Provide customers with enrollment paperwork and assist as needed.
• Monitor accounts for enrollment-related rejections during implementation.
