Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc. is seeking an EDI Experience Manager to bridge EDI/enrollment nuances with high-efficiency workflows. You will translate complex findings for clients, liaise with engineering, and balance ticket work with client-facing time to grow EDI fluency.

You’ll optimize EDI support workflows, build fluency in X12, and contribute to a scalable knowledge base while reporting to the Senior Manager of CX, EDI, EDU, and SMB/MM BSM. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have highly analytical mindset with superior ability to troubleshoot/test use cases in software.
• No prior EDI/Enrollment experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise between customers and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Independently support business owners and billing teams via chat/email, escalating complex technical issues as fluency grows.
• Be the customer champion by providing ongoing EDI help desk support and guidance.
• Represent EDI/Enrollment topics to clients in onboarding and ad hoc meetings.
