Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc in the United States seeks an EDI Team Lead to guide a team of EDI Analysts while helping scale the Success organization. You will own end-to-end EDI relationship management for your accounts and lead customer kickoff meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with healthcare EDI/ERA (2–5 years).
• Proficient with ANSI X12 transactions and related enrollments.
• Proven leadership ability and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and onboard new EDI Analysts with onboarding partner.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and remove blockers.
• Identify process improvements and surface trends for leadership.
• Own end-to-end EDI relationship management for accounts and lead kickoff meetings.
• Join customer meetings to coach on product knowledge and communication.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client EDI/ERA issues and coach the team.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Support rollout of new EDI workflows, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with BSM and CSM teams on trends and escalations.
• Lead coaching in product functionality or delegate to experts.
• Escalate personnel issues to Manager of EDI Success.
• Take on additional responsibilities to achieve team/company goals.
