Instant Teams is seeking a Field Deployment Engineer responsible for deploying Anura onto unmanned systems. This role involves significant travel to client sites, troubleshooting, and collaborating closely with operators to enhance our technology.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software engineering, particularly with Python and C++, along with experience in defense technology or robotics.

This fully remote position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $200,000, depending on experience, plus extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, systems integration, or field engineering.
• Experience with defense tech or robotics is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of Anura onto unmanned systems.
• Debug complex hardware/software integrations in real-time.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites and test ranges.
• Understand operator challenges and translate into product requirements.
• Train and support users on unmanned systems.
