Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations professional to deploy and support its products globally, taking ownership from early lifecycle through iteration with engineering teams. You will guide users, advise account managers on operating structures for success, and communicate upgrade recommendations to engineering.

Travel up to 75% is required, including long deployments; you will diagnose complex field issues in hardware, software, and networks, and maintain up-to-date

Qualifications

• 3+ years solving problems at hw/sw/networking interfaces.
• Network+ and Linux+ or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of flight operations, aircraft systems and sensors.
• Eligible for U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support defense products globally across lifecycle.
• Coach teammates and transition to new systems as needed.
• Guide users and advise account managers for technical success.
• Communicate product refinement needs to engineering.
• Maintain documentation and incident handling in the field.
• Plan and execute operational/logistical activities for events.
