Advantech USA is seeking an Associate Sales Director for Edge AI & Semiconductor to lead a growing sales team and drive strategic revenue growth in a fast‑growing market segment. The role blends hands‑on selling with people leadership and deep collaboration with silicon partners.

The ideal candidate has significant sales or BD experience in embedded computing, edge AI, or related hardware, with a track record of meeting quotas and developing account strategies.

Qualifications

• Significant sales or business development experience in embedded computing, edge AI, semiconductor, or related technology hardware.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.
• Experience engaging semiconductor or silicon partners in strategic discussions and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a sales team (current direct reports; expansion planned) with a personal quota.
• Own combined team and individual revenue targets.
• Drive strategic engagement with silicon partners and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Develop and execute account strategies for edge AI and semiconductor customers.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking using CRM software.
