Advantech USA is seeking an Associate Sales Director for Edge AI & Semiconductor to lead a growing sales team and drive strategic revenue growth. The role combines hands-on selling with people leadership and close collaboration with silicon partners.

The position requires strong sales performance, team development, and the ability to engage with major semiconductor partners while expanding a regional territory.

Qualifications

• Significant sales or business development experience in embedded computing, edge AI, semiconductor, or related technology hardware.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or leading sales team members.
• Experience engaging semiconductor or silicon partners in strategic discussions, account planning, and business reviews.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a sales team (current three direct reports, with planned expansion) while carrying an individual sales quota.
• Own combined team and individual revenue targets.
• Drive strategic engagement with silicon partners, including partner discussions, joint account planning, and QBRs.
• Develop and execute account strategies for customers in edge AI and semiconductor applications.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking using CRM software.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, field application engineers, and business development to deliver complete solutions.
• Travel as needed for customer and partner engagements.
