Job summary

ClassLink is seeking an Engagement Manager to develop and nurture relationships with district partners while driving ongoing product adoption and ensuring health accounts. You will monitor district health, understand partner priorities, and support renewals and expansions across Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky and Iowa.

This role emphasizes collaboration with the Engagement Team, Product Support, and EdSuccess. Ideal candidates are organized self-starters with strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on all ClassLink products.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on usage and expansion of the ClassLink suite of products.
• Maintain relationships with current customers in the assigned territory to increase adoption and usage.
• Perform account management duties including proactive outreach, annual client reviews, and renewals.
• Demonstrate ClassLink knowledge to support customer understanding and success.
• Conduct virtual and conference demonstrations of ClassLink.
