Job summary

Unity Communications LLC is seeking a motivated customer service professional to handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a contract remote role. You must be based in California for time zone alignment.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, assisting with order questions, processing orders in Shopify, and maintaining clear written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and other systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across platforms.
• Experience with Shopify, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, email platforms and other digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with order questions, returns, product information, and general support.
• Process and update orders in Shopify.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and over the phone.
• Accurately complete tasks using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
