Job summary

ProductsGo in Buena Park, CA, seeks a dependable Customer Service Representative for a part-time role (Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.) onsite. You will support multiple brands with order questions, returns, sizing, and shipping concerns, coordinating with warehouse and fulfillment teams to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service and strong communication skills. E-commerce, Shopify, and logistics experience are a plus, with potential to grow into a full-time role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• E-commerce, Shopify, apparel, fulfillment, or logistics experience is a plus.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and platforms.
• Assist with order status, returns, exchanges, sizing questions and shipping issues.
• Research missing, delayed, or damaged orders and communicate next steps.
• Enter and update customer and order information accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve concerns.
• Escalate urgent or complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records.
• Learn product policies and service expectations for assigned brands.
• Support shipping claims, escalations, and related projects.
• Provide additional help during launches and high-volume periods.
