Job summary

Uncapped is seeking an Embedded Partnerships Manager to own the US embedded finance partnerships with platforms, marketplaces and payment providers. You will prioritize, negotiate, and close complex integrations and own the revenue outcome against the plan.

You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to shape a scalable embedded roadmap and drive meaningful fundingvolume across top partners in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, BD or commercial roles owning strategic accounts end to end.
• Significant fintech/embedded finance experience preferred.
• Close large, complex deals with senior stakeholders and negotiate terms.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to scope integrations.
• Experience in partner segmentation, tiering and prioritisation.
• Credible with external and internal senior leaders; strong English.

Responsibilities

• Own US embedded finance partnerships and segment the portfolio.
• Prioritise time across portfolio by revenue and strategic value.
• Set operating rhythm for partnerships, pipeline discipline and performance standards.
• Personally negotiate and close the largest embedded deals with senior counterparts.
• Structure commercial terms, integration scope and co-selling incentives.
• Identify new opportunities to reshape Uncapped's US portfolio.
• Report partner-sourced revenue against the commercial plan.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing on roadmaps.
